5th-8th Grade League – GIRLS LEAGUE: Calling all aspiring athletes from 5th to 8th grade! If you've been involved with our CFF League...let's do it again! For those who are first timers, join our thrilling girls flag football league (5v5) designed specifically for you. This league offers a competitive yet supportive environment for girls to showcase their skills, learn valuable teamwork and have a blast on the field. Led by Coach Manj and experienced coaches, each team will participate in practices and games that focus on improving individual technique and strategic gameplay. Get ready to refine your throwing, catching, running, offense & defense abilities in a league that promotes growth and sportsmanship. Whether you're a seasoned player or new to flag football, this league welcomes all skill levels and encourages camaraderie among participants. Join us and be part of an empowering and exhilarating girls' flag football league where you can excel in the sport, develop friendships and take your game to the next level!

Centercourt Montclair Director of Centercourt Flag Football (CFF):

Each athlete is unique and they should be taught the fundamentals, proper execution, football IQ, discipline and to have fun playing the game. With Coach Manj Singh you will experience a basics to high level of how the game is played. "Coach Manj" has coached youth football since 2002, developing youth players through the high school level. He has coached at public and prep schools all across the Northern New Jersey area producing numerous successful players who have gone to college to become elite level football student-athletes.

CFF Process:
Learn and develop skills and intelligence in the game of football
Focus is to improve level of play, techniques, decision making, agilities, communication, field awareness, endurance and overall performance

DATES: Saturdays - 11/22/2025-1/10/2026 ( 7 weeks) NOVEMBER 29th start time 4pm-9pm

TIME: 5:30pm-7:00pm

RATE: $195 per person
