Calling all young athletes! If you been involved with our CFF League...let's do it again! For those who are joining for the first time, be a part of our exciting, coed youth flag football league designed specifically for 1st to 2nd grade. This league provides a fantastic opportunity for girls and boys to learn the fundamentals of flag football in a fun and supportive environment. Led by experienced coaches, players will develop their skills through engaging practices and friendly GAMES. Our league is focused on teaching the basics of football, including throwing, catching, running, offense and defense positions and teamwork. Through age-appropriate activities, players will build confidence, sportsmanship and a love for the game. Join us and be a part of this inclusive, energetic and dynamic youth league that celebrates participation, growth and enjoyment of flag football!

Centercourt Montclair Director of Centercourt Flag Football (CFF)

Each athlete is unique and they should be taught the fundamentals, proper execution, football IQ, discipline and to have fun playing the game. With Coach Manj Singh you will experience a basics to high level of how the game is played. "Coach Manj" has coached youth football since 2002, developing youth players through the high school level. He has coached at public and prep schools all across the Northern New Jersey area producing numerous successful players who have gone to college to become elite level football student-athletes.

CFF Process:
Learn and develop skills and intelligence in the game of football
Focus is to improve level of play, techniques, decision making, agilities, communication, field awareness, endurance and overall performance

TIME: 3:30pm-4:30pm

RATE: $195 per person
