Players will receive position-specific instruction, purposeful repetitions, and opportunities to apply their skills together in controlled pitcher-catcher work.

PITCHING WITH NICK MADONIA
Nick is a William Paterson University alumnus and veteran youth baseball coach. His instruction emphasizes strong fundamentals and step-by-step development, helping pitchers understand their delivery and build confidence.

Pitching focus: Balance, delivery mechanics, grip, release point, control, fielding the position, and working with a catcher.

CATCHING WITH LUIS FIGUEROA
A three-time All-Hudson County selection, Luis played at McNair Academic from 2004–2008 and Rutgers from 2010–2011. A standout defensive player with a passion for catching, he helps young athletes develop sound mechanics and a deeper understanding of the position.

Catching focus: Receiving, blocking, recovery, footwork, transfers, throwing accuracy, and pitcher communication.
