MIDDLE SCHOOL POWER HOUR is designed for our 5th-8th grade athletes ready to advance to the next level.

Through fast-paced, high rep training, athletes will sharpen their foundational skills before immediately applying them into competitive game play scenarios. 

Learn through reps and instructional play motifs to boost your confidence, improve decision-making and help players perform with speed and purpose.
