GIRLS LEADERSHIP SUMMIT - Because Leadership Needs Practice too.

SATURDAY, MARCH 7th, 9am-11am
For: GRADES 7th-12th
COST: $100.00

Centercourt Montclair

This is YOUR moment. You have put in the training to sharpen your athletic skills. NOW it is time to build the skills that will make you a true game-changer for your team.

Whether you are wearing the captain's band or leading quietly by example, this Leadership Summit is designed to help you step into your role as a Leader.

We will cover 3-aspects during this Playing Seminar (yes, you'll need your lacrosse sticks!)

-DEFINING YOUR LEADERSHIP STYLE: discover your strengths and what feels authentic to you.
-COMMUNICATION THAT INSPIRES: practice real-life team situations: face to face conversations, group chats, social media, even tough moments with coaches, officials, parents.
-BUILDING A STRONGER TEAM: Learn how to mentor younger players, create team connections and set the tone for a balanced positive and competitive culture.

Leadership is not something you are just given - it is something that you need to PRACTICE! We will put in the reps and leave you with the tools to lead with confidence, lift others up and make a lasting impact on your team!

Coach Beth Larkin will be the keynote speaker and leader of Centercourt's Leadership Seminars. Coach Larkin has over 25 years experience coaching young woman athletes, has been named 2x as NJ Coach of the Year and a National Federation of High School Coach of the Year. Her positive and energetic coaching style has helped her High School team win 3 State Titles, 5 State Sectional Titles, 9 County Championships, while coaching a multitude of athletes who have become All-State, All-Conference and All-Americans in the sport of lacrosse and many of her former players have become team captains at their collegiate level, demonstrating the lessons they learned on how to lead early on have carried through into their collegiate careers and in life!
