CORE SKILLS - 5th-8th GRADERS

 CORE SKILLS for the Beginner. Through fun games and drills, we cover the CORE fundamentals of cradling, catching, throwing, groundballs, dodging and shooting and basic 1v1. CORE SKILLS also covers age appropriate athletic development drills!
