Train with Duke Field Hockey alumni - Courtney Elliott Burkart! 

Courtney Elliott Burkart was born and raised in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Sport has always been a big part of her life. She participated in a number of sports, but field hockey was something she gravitated toward, starting in the third grade. Her high school career included three State Titles, Three-Time All-State Selections, Scholar-Athlete and West-Region All-American in 2003 and a MVP selection her Junior and Senior Year. She also was a three-time participant in the National Futures Tournament, Festival Tournament and competed twice in the Junior Olympics.

Her passion for field hockey continued to the collegiate level, where she attended Duke University. During her time in the program from 2004-2007, she competed in three Final Fours and two National Championship Games. She was nominated captain her Senior year and named to the Academic All-American Team. Courtney graduated in 2008 with a BA in History.

Courtney has spent the past fifteen years working in Marketing fro Nike. She and her husband recently moved to Montclair in 2022 from New York City. They have a two year old son.

These (5) sessions will be made up of individual skill work, team concepts, and small games. 

Field Hockey experience required.
