STICKWORK ACADEMY is the perfect starting point for beginner to intermediate players looking to build a strong foundation for long-term success. 

STICKWORK ACADEMY focuses on mastering the essential sticks skills that every great player relies on - cradling, passing, catching, changing levels, ground balls, checking, shooting and more. Players will progress through high-rep drills with instructional breakdown to become more confident with the stick in both hands.
